Trade-in Offer Terms and Conditions
Introduction
The HONOR Trade-In offer (the “offer”) is available to customers (“customer(s)”) in the United Arab Emirates.
Amendments
This offer is provided and operated by North Ladder Trading LLC (referred to hereinafter as “North Ladder”) and HONOR MOBILE ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C. This offer comprises a Trade In (“Trade-In”) by which customers are welcome to Trade-In their current smartphone, tablet, smart watches, or PC “laptops” devices from selected brands (“old device(s)”) with new HONOR device purchased through United Arab Emirates HONOR online store (“new device(s)”) for a certain value payable by the Customer. New devices shall be limited to the following:
– HONOR Phones
– HONOR Laptops
– HONOR Tablets
– HONOR Wearables
– HONOR Phones
– HONOR Laptops
– HONOR Tablets
– HONOR Wearables
HONOR Audio To avail the offer, customer shall purchase the new device by placing an order on https://www.hihonor.com/ae-en/shop/ and then complete the evaluation form by visiting https://honor.northladder.net/ae-en/. After the customer(s) complete the evaluation, a collection will be arranged to pick up their old devices, and the final physical evaluation as a necessary requirement to be eligible for the Trade-In offer.
Once the customer completes the Trade-In process, they will receive the estimated agreed amount by cash instantly at the spot after evaluation.
Old devices that are eligible for the Trade-In offer can be viewed by visiting the following link: https://honor.northladder.net/ae-en/. “Eligible Device(s)”, each list includes the estimated price for each eligible device.
Trade-In General Conditions
1. The Customer shall be at least 18 years old; or have the permission of his/her parent or his/her legal guardian.
2. Customer’s personal data and all kind of data available on the old device (Customer’s Data) must be cleared by the customer prior to handing it over to the courier and the customer shall be fully responsible for the loss of his/her data.
3. Customer shall remove any SIM card and/or memory cards including customer’s data from the old device. HONOR and its online Trade-In partner shall not accept liability for the loss of any SIM card and/or memory cards contained in the old device.
4. Customers can Trade–In up to three (3) devices in one-time transaction.
5. By participating in this offer, Customer is aware of the clearance of all content including contact numbers and customer’s data stored on the old device and customer shall bear full responsibility of any damages caused by such loss of customer’s data.
6. The customer evaluates his/her eligible device(s) via https://honor.northladder.net/ae-en/ in order to receive the initial estimation. The final estimation will be decided by the online Trade-In partner appointed by HONOR upon the collection of the old device. customer understands and agrees that by participating in this Trade-In offer, the customer may not avail this offer if Trade-In partner’s assessment of the old device differs from the grade submitted by the customer and may result in forfeiting its eligibility for the offer. The grading classifications are as follows:
Device Grade Description
A: Flawless
Fully functional device. Clean screen, up to 8 minor scratches not visible from 30cm. Battery health above 90%
B: Good
Fully functional device. Visible multiple minor Scratches. Battery health above 85%
C: Average
Device with maximum 1 functionality issue/ Opened Device/Multiple Major Scratches / Deep Scratches/Dents or minor paintware. Battery health 84% Below.
D: Below Average
Multiple functionality issue/Cracked Screen/Pixelated dots/Pinkline/Burnt Screen. Face ID/ Touch ID not working. Battery Service indicator On
7. Customers agree to provide their necessary identification details with HONOR associated Trade-In partner in order to provide Trade-In Offer service.
8. In order to validate the Trade-In and payment, customers agree to provide the order number of the newly purchased device with the online Trade-In HONOR associated partner Website.

North Ladder and HONOR shall be entitled at their own sole discretion and subject to applicable laws, to terminate or modify the offer or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time prior the offer period or during the offer period within a reasonable advance notice.
Customers’ data shall be processed for lawful purposes directly related to the running of this Offers including but not limited to any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Offers. Data collected via this offer will not be used for any other purpose other than for the Campaign only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note certain data will be shared with HONOR.
Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, Compliance
By participating in this offer, the customer accepts that any dispute which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to his/her participation in the offer, will be subject to, the governed and construed laws and regulations of the of United Arab Emirates and such disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Dubai.
